Group Fitness – MJ Nhill Fitness
All Group Fitness classes are to be held at The Patch, 9 Clarence St, Nhill. Follow MJ Nhill Fitness on Facebook and Instagram.
Monday: 9.00am - Group Fitness This class is designed to increase fitness, burn calories and improve metabolism. This is a full body workout that has options for various fitness levels.
Please wear comfortable clothes and supportive runners. Bring water to drink and a floor mat if you have one.
Monday: 10.15am - Mature Movers
This is a gentle 45 min low impact class. The class provides the opportunity to improve heart health and bone density.
Please wear comfortable clothes and supporting runners. Bring water to drink.
