Nhill Learning Centre is extremely proud to be at the heart of the successful re-settlement of the Karen community in Nhill and offers a large array of programs and support services to community members from refugee backgrounds. 

In partnership with Wimmera Development Association, we employ a bilingual Settlement Support Worker who is available to assist with settlement issues.  We also partner with WDA to support and deliver the Nhill Homework Club

Via our Wimmera CALD Workforce Industry Partnership project, we are working with employers right across the Wimmera region to support them in  developing the skills of their CALD workforces.

We are constantly looking for ways to further support the migrant community right across the Wimmera and to develop innovative programs to support their settlement journey.
